Data Migration

Medical data migration is the process used to move medical records and patient information from one storage place, platform, or software to another.

In the healthcare industry, data migration is necessary when moving electronic health records. A smooth medical data migration process will maintain security of sensitive medical records, while analyzing, organizing and transferring them in a seamless and simple manner.

Medical data migration is often necessary when hospitals, medical facilities, and private medical practices move away from legacy systems that no longer have the capacity to effectively process and manage patient information and medical records. The records final destination and new system will determine which data migration process is used.

Medical Equipment Repair

At VectoRay Medical, we specialize in medical equipment repair for any type of medical facility. With certified technicians and specialists in medical equipment repair, we can quickly diagnose the most common problems, zero on precise issues, and identify whether systems require parts, calibrations, or a complete software reload.

Where parts are needed, we find the fastest and most direct way to procure new parts and quickly replace them to resolve the issue. If your system is not operating at optimum levels and requires calibration or tune-up, we’re able to quickly get your machines back into operation. If for some reason the entire system is jammed or inaccessible, we are qualified to perform a complete system reload to get the system operating properly and at quality standards again.

Whether our services are done over the phone, or in person, we provide reliable medical equipment repairs to get your systems back up and running with minimal loss of time.

Preventative Maintenance

The best way to ensure medical equipment is always operating at optimum levels is to implement a preventive maintenance plan. Preventative Maintenance, also known as “PM”, is a tailored service that offers ongoing, thorough equipment inspections and functionality tests and routine maintenance, repairs, and software health procedures.

Because of the vital nature of medical equipment, preventative maintenance is critical to avoid unexpected equipment or system failures.

Depending on the equipment, tests may vary from simple functionality tests to deeper and more thorough tests that lead to extensive maintenance and repair services such as lubrication or moving parts, replacing old or damaged parts, replacement of gaskets and filters, and extensive cleaning of critical parts and areas of equipment.

Our ongoing maintenance plans can also be scheduled overnight or on weekends or on whatever days work best to optimize patient experience and not interrupt working procedures.

Medical equipment that is properly maintained not only lasts longer but is safer for patients and staff, and optimizes results. By detecting potential issues ahead of time, VectoRay Medical can help guarantee the optimal working order of medical equipment year-round.

Our visits are scheduled regularly to keep systems running efficiently and resolve emergency issues before they put your equipment down or out of order. Our Preventative Maintenance includes:

E

Detailed system cleanup of the interior and exterior of the unit.

E
Mechanical functional checks, and performance testing.
E
System calibration to OEM specifications based on service manuals.
